Last night the princess made the chicken and she cut it up with the spatula while she was cooking it. Then she added monterey jack cheese and some mild salsa. The princess then let that sit in the fridge overnight and tonight it was very easy to roll the enchiladas. Now the reason that the princess did this was because she was having some very special guests! The pretty, pretty princess and Prince Trains and la princesa their mother. It was a happy fun filled, laughter filled night. So anyway! back to the enchiladas.
The mixture in the enchiladas was chicken, salsa and monterey jack cheese. This was really good and the princess thinks that it would be very good over rice. But that is for another day.
Over the enchiladas the princess put a mixture of chicken soup mix, monterey jack cheese and salsa. The princess added a little water because it seemed really thick.
This was the fun part. The princess once worked for a cruel ogre and she learned how to roll tortillas, see all things DO work together for good! So the Princess had fun rolling them. AND ENCHILADAS!!! There were NONE left! It was great. The Princess can't wait to cook enchiladas for the Italian Pilot!
